How do I access my online prepaid account?

In order to access your iBankUP online account, you must enter your username and password on the login window. If you have forgotten you username or password, click the link provided on that window.

How can I change my billing address?

If it is less than 180 days since you activated your card, please call the customer service number on the back of your card to provide proof of address. If it is greater than 180 days, you are able to change the billing address directly from your profile page on your iBankUP online account center.

How do I change my username/password?

For cardholders, you are only able to change your username and password from the iBankUP website. Click the "Update My Profile" link and enter your new information.

Why can't I use the username/password I want?

Your username must either be 6-16 characters long and include letters and numbers. It must not include symbols or punctuation. By default your username will be populated from your email address - max 40 characters, the following symbols are supported .-_@. If it is, someone else already has your username, please choose another.

Can I track my transactions for any period?

Yes. For cardholders, we have automatically provided transaction logs for the last 7 days, 30 days and 60 days, available on the transaction section of your online card account. If you would like to see transactions for another period, click the link "Detailed History" and follow the directions.

How do I change my personal information?

Accountholders can change their information by clicking on "Update my Profile" from their online card account.

I would like to invite a friend to join iBankUP. How do I do it?

Inviting friends is easy. Enter your friend's name and email in the "Invite Your Friends" section of your online card account and hit submit. Remember, you are able to invite as many friends as you like.

How can I tell if my friend that I invited joined iBankUP?

You are able to see which of your friends have joined or not by checking the "My Invites" section of your iBankUP online account center. If your friend has joined and activated his/her card, the status will state "activated"; if not, it will state "pending". Please note that both your card and your friend's card must be activated in order to get your UPoints.

How safe is my confidential information? Is it secure online?

Please refer to the iBankUP Privacy and Security policy available through this website. We provide protection to our online card members by taking several security measures to create a safe and reliable experience.

  • - We keep your information on secure servers in our data center. These computers are not directly connected to or accessible by the Internet.
  • - We establish a secure session with your computer before asking you to send confidential information over the Internet to the iBankUP website.
  • - You must enter your username and password to gain access to our site. To protect your card account information, we use firewalls that limit access to visitors who provide a valid username and password combination.
  • - We encode or scramble data using 128-bit key Secure Socket Layer encryption before exchanging it between a cardholder and our database.

I would like to report misuse of the website (security, phishing, identity theft)?

iBankUP will never ask you for your prepaid card account information, password or username in any email sent to you or pop-up windows while you are not on the secured iBankUP website or cell phone WAP site. To report misuse, please contact your local authorities, then contact us.
